Visitors Policy: Visitors are by prior arrangement only. Please note that the property is unsuitable for children under 12yrs for safety reasons and the peaceful enjoyment of others guests. Vistitors arriving without prior arrangement will be charged for.
Booking Policy: Minimum 2 night stay over weekends or any time during High Season. Credit Card details must be received within 12 hours of booking to hold confirmed Cancellations within 10 days of stay attract 100% cancellation fee.and within 15 days of stay a 50% cancellation fee. Full payment will be charged to your credit card 15 days prior to your intended arrival.
